10% of the purchase price will be required upon the acceptance of offer. An additional 30% of the purchase price shall be required before or upon the execution of the sales agreement. Another 30% of the purchase price shall be required 6 months after signing the sales agreement.
A final 30% shall be paid on the date of completion and handover of the property.
