The Lake House is a private residence designed by Hiren Patel Architects and is located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

This is a small house with a lake for an artist as well as art collector situated in the outskirts of the city of Ahmedabad. Very compact simple ground structure house was the brief given by the client who is an artist himself.
This house has a big lake in front compliment the lush landscaping in the surrounding which hides the house in greens. The simple geometric forms and play of vertical and horizontal planes was the base for design, creative depths to the volumes and passages.
